Christmas Shopping Frenzy

It has begun!!! The rude people in the parking lots...the honary sales people....the crowds!! EEEK!!! Where are people's Christmas spirit?!?!?! HO HO HO Merry Christmas! Who's done their Christmas shopping?

Sometimes I think it is a thing of the past...

Did you hear about the Walmart worker that was trampled to death on black friday?? And when they tried to close the store because there had been a death, shoppers got mad and refused to quit shopping!

Aimee, you're not the only one. I haven't started yet. In my own defense, I'm leaving on vacation in 17 days (yes, I'm counting) and will do my shopping then. Going to Arizona for my cousin Dominic's college graduation! We're staying right across the street from the Tucson Mall!

i'm only buying presents for 3 people this year, plus one Angel Tree present. i haven't started yet, but may do so today.

i used to work in retail and so i learned from that experience to not be one of the crazies on black friday. i had heard the story about the man who was trampled to death at walmart (and was disgusted by that enough), but hadn't heard that the shoppers got mad and refused to quit shopping when they tried to close that walmart due to his death. THEY killed him!!! and that is the most disgusting thing i have heard!!! i REFUSE to be a part of any similar madness. and there's no way, even to a lesser extreme, that you'd catch me camped out in front of stores 3 days beforehand. ugh!

I've started because I am leaving on holidays in 17 days as well!!! lol So I have to get it all done and wrapped by then!

I'm almost done. Just have to buy a few more little things. I have found the stores to be dead in comparison to prevous years. We went to Sam's Club on sunday and were shocked that there was hardly anyone in the store. We didn't even wait in line!

I finished my Christmas shopping about a week and a half ago....so glad I did...the stores here are starting to be all kinds of crazy especially on the weekend...yikes! Have fun shopping ladies!

I"m almost done but I really hate it when it's busy in the stores/malls. I prolong it and then I'm doing it last minute when it's even worse!

i'm done. took about 20 minutes. i haven't purchased anything for my hubby's family...he said he's going to take care of that. and that's all good with me b/c i hate shopping for them. they never seem to like anything you buy them. phooey on them. i'm happy with a few sheets of paper!
