failing something horrible here.
haven't been to gym in two weeks! ugh! Mad

I have failed miserably.

In February I need to:
*get back to working out regularly
*drink more water
*eat more fruits and vegetables

I'm happy to report that I started the month on the right track.

Monday- ran 30mins (baby steps LOL), drank a whole bottle of water (this is huge for me!) and ate mostly healthy stuff.

Tuesday- It's still early but I'm getting ready to run again. yipee! Smile

ran 2.5 miles monday and 2 yesterday.
i've got to catch up with k-liz. she is up to 4 miles. she is kicking my arse!
