Well I tried a new prescription last night and it didn't work worth a darn! Not one little bit! Dang it! Tossed and turned and maybe got about four hours of sleep. Didn't help matters that Kaleigh was having a slug fest with me in her sleep and also stealing all the covers!!

I'm going shopping for a bed today to put in one of Brian's kids' old rooms - he has to put the stuff in there into storage. Then I will have my own room and cozy bed and maybe that will help! Can't hurt right? I'll give it a whirl anyways. I need sleep!!!

I've had insomnia for 2 weeks but finally I've started sleeping......not many hours but more than I was getting...I wonder if it has to do with the weather patterns or something

i know the weather is affecting ME... ever since it cooled down, i can't seem to sleep in the daytime at all (i just want to be in the sun), which doesn't work for me one bit while i'm working graveyard.

I need 8 hours of sleep to function. But, I usually only get 6 hours and that's with a nightly dose of melatonin. i must have really been feel like crap last night because I fell asleep at 9:30 and woke up at 7:30 this morning. Thank goodness for local holidays!

i usually go on four. even with my sleeping pills. don't know how, maybe that's why i'm so grumpy all the time.
ever since my third child i can't sleep and she is six now! i'm actually heading to bed early tonight.

craziness i go in spells where i sleep like the dead and then i have moments where its 3 in the morning and i am awake but that could have due to twilight i read it all lol it was so god!

I'm at home from work early today - my bed is to be delivered! Yippee!!
So I'll be in my own (albiet little) bed tonight. Complete with a heated matress pad! Right on!!!
